The Monoblock FCCL-12H takes liquid filling and screw capping to another level by adding fully integrated, built-in labeling.
This unit is designed for cGMP Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic, and healthcare applications, where repeatability and dependability are a must. Processes a wide variety of glass and plastic containers, “Micro-Tubes”, screw caps, and brush tip caps.
All machine functions (filling, screw capping, and labeling) are performed “in-the-star-wheel” while the container is under full control. Eliminates problematic container handling issues associated with smaller containers and individual filler, capper, and labeler stand-alone pieces of equipment.
